I might be crazy, but I think that site is a little on the dead side and was either moved or resurrected here:

Oh that is too technical for me. LOL Thanks. It was a computer picture model with the 'wonderfull' "cone" and red line going out days in advance. OH how I wish I hadn't lost it. I can't seem to ressurect a clue in my head to go hunt for it.

That may have been the NHC's forecast graphic. It won't show up until a system has been classified.
Tim
Ps. Don't know for sure but your description sure sounds like this graphic.

Someone posted this earlier today. I understand the mid-atlantic guy is charging money now. I don't blame him, but someone else is going to offer a freebie. Here's one floating around for this system:

http://www.wunderground.com/tropical/

This is it and if you click on tracking map, it pops up what ever is classified.

Now, if ya'll have a better graphic.. I would love it. I can't tell you how much I appreciate this site and the knowledge on here. I prefer to refer to ya'll for the finer truth than the news. Thanks an awful lot.

The aforementioned links provide some quick, easy, limited model tracks, but Scott with http://www.midatlanticwx.com provides a large list of model tracks for a fairly small fee. I'd definately check it out. Scott does a great job in the past with these maps and is doing a phenomenal job with the pay site.
