The storm will be moving near this bouy, we might have the unique chance to get hourly reports on a storm in the Yucatan channel, kick arsse!

Yes, the Gulf is already bathtub+ temperature. I believe some of the folks around here were discussing last week how warm water temperatures are this early in the season. Could be plenty of fuel in her path...
