Possible Surface Low ~500 Hundred Miles NNE of Puerto Rico

This may be that surface LOW some of the models were anticipating to form by the end of this week. It's moving back towards the west its seems as it's getting caught up in the westerly flow on the southern periphery of the mid-atlantic ridge that is building:
