She still has a ways to go but Arlene is looking better each passing hour. You can at least see her center better on visible satellite now.

I have to agree... looks like she's really trying to get her circulation going. Would not be surprised if the pressure has/is dropped/ing a tad. I haven't looked at sheer factor, but if it's possible for her to get some convection wrapped around could be kinda interesting lil strengthening phase.
