I predict recon will have a hard time finding the LLC

#7 Postby TreasureIslandFLGal » Thu Jun 09, 2005 12:23 pm

They will get contradicting info...alluding to multiple vortices as the storm reorganizes. The next recon - not this afternoon's data - will reveal a true shift to a relocated center to the east northeast of where they think the center is now. They will then see it is moving a little slower than previously thought. Eventually it will speed up, but not until the building ridge can firmly influence its forward momentum. Right now the storm is just meandering around without a firm stirring current to get direction from. The high I don't think will be quite as strong as predicted...since it never is...and therefore I see a little shift est of current model plots.

Do you think the plane will find a stronger system?
