I nave the beta stormtrakker and when I ran the catchup feature this popped up as a choice listed as AL892005 here is a link to the model run it spit out

It's too far south and west for Invest 91L. It's already up with North Miami in latitude, won't be coming from the southeast that's for sure.

May be the thing mentioned in several AFD's but since it hasn't developed yet, I don't get it. Maybe a test. 89L is not used.

Could it be that this system was there before 90L, but did not develop as quickley and they needed to issue 89??? just guessing

They never use nothing but the 90's for invest, once it gets to 99L it then goes back to 90L
