You can't miss Arlene's center

Looking at the latest (13:15) you can't miss seeing Arlene's center. It's very easy to distinguish.

I posted this on the other thread...but it bears repeateing here.

The GHCC site is a great site. The images are very current...you can choose what size you want...and during a situation such as this, they set it to take an image every 7-10 minutes. Otherwise...it's every 15 minutes...compaired to the SSD's 30 minutes.

I like the enhancement of the SSD's water vapor...and the GHCC site doesn't have shortwave IR...but the vis and ir is updated so frequently...it's great.

The convection is starting to wrap again maybe this time it won't get blown off. The shear from the southwest seems to be lessening a tad. The SST's are only warm in the center of the gulf but if Arlene slows before landfall she still could get a hurricane classification.
