St. Tammany Parish opens sand bag locations.

City of Slidell sandbag locations.

Hancock County, Ms. opens sand bag location at the Civic Center on Longfellow Drive.

Easterly winds have been picking up all day, 15MPH or so now, water will pile up quickly in coastal Hancock and St. Tammany.
