996 millibars...With a flight level wind of 69 or around 78 mph. Reduce to the surface is around 72 mph? Just 3 mph more!!!

So it has a half closed eye wow.

So 79 mph flight level which is close to 73 or 74 mph at surface. This is so close.

That wind speed was inputed into the 5pm advisory, if you read the discussion. They are apparently using an 80% reduction, so 65mph is correct. The 996 pressure was not inputed into that advisory though.

Also I don't see a eye being reported in the L or M lines.
