So Fla Report

1 dead on south beach from rip currents Power lines and limbs down in NW miami and 1 potted plant blown over on my pool deck.

Trina Robinson on channel 6 described the rainbands as massive..misinformation.

Rosh Lowe on channel 7 described the waves as huge and slamming..misinformation.

My mistruths in sofla media reports will continue throughtout the year.

The West Palm media has been much better. Channel 3 (NBC affiliate) has been very measured in reporting this.

We've had off and on rain squalls through the day, some heavy but nothing really bad. The wind is kicking up now.

Around here no one knows what to make of this funny storm - even though we're not in the famous cone, Arlene has really loused up the weather.

Aside to Boca_Chris - I've been BocaGirl on this board for 3 years now and used the name on the GoPBI board before that. By the way, we're still waiting for you in CERT training...not so subtle hint.........

We used to live in West Boca, we moved East of 95 a while ago. The weather is better here!
