I haven't seen any sustained winds onshore near that(or even gusts).
Just got my power back on,lost it around 12:00.
Arlene was a very gusty storm,sustained winds were never all that strong.At my house sustained winds were only (my estimate) around 20-30mph but every minute or so a huge 50 or 60mph gust would roll through.
