Weak low well removed from convection

Around 19.0n-79.7w is where the weak low is and it is well seen at visible pics.So dont be fooled by the deep convection area to the east of the low.Things may get interesting if and is a big if a new low forms under the convection however there are no signs at this time of any low forming there.

Dr. Neese just said on TWC that there was a weak low south of Jamaica.

I see that little swirl too, but that looks like a dying LLC from or vortex from last night's convection, that's spinning of to the west. Dr. Neese was that satellite derived winds may be showing a weak low south Jamaica. And I kind see a bit of rotation down there.

I think he was looking at this quickscat image. You can see a weak circulation near 15N 79W on the descending pass. But this image was from last night:

Looking south of Jamaica it looks like a little vortex there but still removed from the deep convection. There are minivortexes around that area but the most important thing is that there is no well defined LLC that dominates and is under the convection.I dont see recon going down there unless there is clear evidence of a LLC forming.
