1. NEGATIVE RECONNAISSANCE REQUIREMENTS.
2. OUTLOOK FOR SUCCEEDING DAY.....NEGATIVE.
3. REMARKS: INVEST FOR 16/1800Z AND FOLLOW ON TASKING
FOR DISTURBED WEATHER IN THE BAY OF CAMPECHE CANCELED
BY NHC AT 16/1140Z.
