I have an almost 5 year old female retriever (born October 13, 2000).

She is the best thing to happen to me in a LONG time! :) :D I love her to death. ;)

We adopted a blind cat (trauma to the head) that had been hit by a car from the local shelter here on the island that we named "Fortunata". She is an orange tabby.

About 4 months later a calico showed up on our terrace and we named her "Sweet Pea".

A few months ago a black and white stray showed up and we named her "Tuxedo".

If I could get my act together and figure out how to post pictures I would. Fortunata has to be the most photogenic cat in the islands.

Wow!  One of my aunts used to have a similar setup. I don't know how large you house is, but her house was not made for 3 dogs, 3 cats, hampsters, a bird, and two fish tanks!!

feederband - I'd love to have a snake, but I can't stand the mouse food part. Ewe. I had a black racer (?) on my front porch yesterday. I think he wanted inside.

NEWeatherguy, yep, plenty of room for the zoo. (but taking them all to the beach in my car is a bit challenging.) :D

I've always said if I could come back in a "next life" please let it be a cat.

My goodness, do they know how spoiled they are?

Lindaloo, you are a goddess to not only take the time to feed your animals but you must also be Mrs. Doolittle taking care of them. :)
