Condolezza Rice for VP sounds good to me as she is very brillant in the international area but maybe the weakness may be the domestic front but in general I like her.

Ms. Rice is far from weak in the domestic sector, but is more favorable to "free-play" economics than "tax-and-spend", pork-barrel "solutions", like her "boss".
"When government interferes with the work of the market economy, it tends to reduce the moral and physical strength of the nation; when it takes from one man to bestow upon another, it reduces the incentive of the first, the integrity of the second, and the moral autonomy of both". ("Sharon Statement", presented by the Young Americans for Freedom at the home of William F. Buckley, 1960)
I am still in full agreement with this statement in toto.

Here's my take. As a weatherman and politician, I have little credibility, but I'll share it anyway.
Hillary can't win in this scenario. Bush will have his own uphill battle hinging on the economy, not being the international bully in the white hat. But barring a further economic deterioration, he should be able to hang on to the throne.
But the Dems can stir up our system by setting the stage for the first-ever "serious" woman candidate for President. They can take credit for that in all future elections from now til eternity. And whew, if they can do that without her winning, they will have at least accomplished something.
If she happened to win...it would scare the Dems just as much as it would scare everyone else.
Could be interesting all the same...especially if the economy stagnates even more.

I have NO problem with any candidate, male, female, any color...it's what he/she stands for that counts, and Hillary doesn't pass my "litmus test".
Condolleeza Rice? Great...Christine Whitman? Fine with me...Jo Ann Emerson? Even better, on all counts!
Hillary, Nancy Pelosi, Carol Moseley-Brown? Fuhgedaboudit!

There are quite a few women I'd vote for as President of the United States....but Hillary Clinton isn't one of them.
It's not because she's a democrat. I personally have always liked Tipper Gore. I'm certain we would disagree on some issues, but she seems to have a compassion in her eyes that Hillary sadly lacks.

Or we could always vote for Al Sharpton!! He would cost this country a fortune getting his hairdo fixed everyday. :7:
*ROTFLMAO* - And Don King would be his running mate!....

I don't see Hillary going for the all female ticket, even though I'm sure she would rather have some female "company" on the campaign trail if you know what I mean.
Hillary has beeen sucking up since the begining of this War. She's so transparent its sickening. I hope she gets the Nomination, so I will have plenty of enjoyable hours of Rush Limbaugh to listen to.
