looks interesting and seems to be sliding NW....thoughts?

Looks like Panama is going to have some stormy weather. Whatever might emerge from that is still only at 10N... and i'm pretty sure it's rare to see storms form that close to the equator. Of course it's possible, and it happens, but... It just looks like a rainy day.
