The seasurface temperature is around 25 to 26 degrees. Which is warm enough for tropical development. Also the convection is forming near the center and has become quite deep. I don't think this is a ULL because convection is forming like a cdo over the center.

Wow this doe's look interesting forget the system off the Florida coast.

Wow look how fast things can change...This area looks pretty good :P

This area if it where to stay around this area. In keep developing deep convection could go onto be something.

Ok here is why I'm so interested. I just got done looking through the old nhc Advisories on a system just like this one.

Huge upper level low! Sorry to break up the party. You can easily see the ULL over the Miami area, and also the one you are posting about. I'm not saying it can't work down to the surface but it takes a lot of time, and it rarely happens. Well for some reason it is not letting me paste the address, but if you will look at the Water Vapor loop you will clearly see what I'm talking about.

There we go!

Not saying it is not a ULL but look at the shape/Conveciton over the center. This reminds me of the systems that have. If that convection stays over the center then this has a chance. I just got done looking at the shear maps which also show it decreasing.
