TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK
NWS TPC/NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL
4 PM PDT FRI JUN 24 2005

FOR THE EASTERN NORTH PACIFIC...EAST OF 140 DEGREES WEST LONGITUDE.

A TROPICAL DISTURBANCE CENTERED ABOUT 185 MILES SOUTH OF HUATULCO
MEXICO HAS BECOME MUCH BETTER ORGANIZED THIS AFTERNOON. UPPER-LEVEL
WINDS ARE FAVORABLE FOR SOME ADDITIONAL DEVELOPMENT TO OCCUR AND A
TROPICAL DEPRESSION COULD FORM DURING THE NEXT DAY OR SO AS THE
SYSTEM MOVES WESTWARD AT 5 TO 10 MPH.

THE REMNANT CIRCULATION OF FORMER TROPICAL DEPRESSION BEATRIZ IS
LOCATED ABOUT 400 MILES SOUTHWEST OF THE SOUTHERN TIP OF BAJA
CALIFORNIA.

ELSEWHERE...TROPICAL STORM FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED THROUGH
SATURDAY.

Well, I wouldn't say a tropical cyclone is forming. They say it could form. Make sure you don't put words in the mouth of the NHC. :wink:

Although I must agree, the chances of this becoming 03E is pretty high.

At least try to display some accuracy in what you say,instead of "having to much fun"..Many people view this forum & are trying to get reliable information here..Thank goodness there are some pro mets a some knowledgeable people here who can do that for the average Joe who otherwise would be lost in a sea of varying opinions.

Though you maybe the so called director of not so Great One's moronic Hurricane Center,that don't mean squat here..Frankly I don't trust anyone who would have an affiliation with that psychotic fellow.

Matt, I understand. 99% of us here share your enthusiasm about
tropical weather. That's why we congregate here! :D

PLEASE take an extra five seconds and look over your posts to make
sure they are clear to avoid confusion and misinterpretation.

Sure, it likely is forming, but technically, it "could be", not "is".
