Thats by far the largest/darkest area of convection I'v seen a Atlantic or Eastern Pacific system have so far. Wow. The CMC,MM5 models take it west-northwest then northwest close to the coast. The gfs,Gfdl shows it moving west-northwestward out to sea. Gfdl shows this baby getting to about 90 something knots.
