1 FATALITY IN NORTH KC

Unfortunately 1 death in north KC from that violent tornado. Hopefully not much more fatalities. A devastating storm indeed.

Misoouri is getting pounded from N to S. Tornado on the ground in or near Aurora, Mo. to according to SF. The hook echo was there for sure. Been following it from ne of Springfield. NOT A GOOD EVENING IN MISSOURI!!

No problem, Chad...unfortunately, tomorrow looks to be quite active as well shifting the focus eastward just a little bit.

this is freaking me out! Part of my dad's side fo the family lives in Leavenworth, KS...which is NE of KC!!! Leavenworth County had that tornado!

Not the expert...and not at the scene, but these look like F2-F3 type storms. Still...with a loss of lives, property, and injuries, it is a sad and lonely night in KC.
