I agree. We need the rain, but don't need the damage from a strong hurricane.

I'm surprised the NHC didn't forecast it to dissipate over the GOM like the GFS says.... :lol: :P

Man, I stepped out for a few hours and come back to a depression (soon to be storm in GOM) that looks really good by the way and a really strong tropical wave entering the eastern carib. that looks on its way to becoming a depression real soon also. How much difference a few hours make :)

Good afternoon,
I swear I just heard a local met say that TD 3 would be a hurricane by tommorrow. I wont mention his station but it is on the lower end of the tv dial. I dont believe that will be the case and I am hoping that it wont become one at all. A nice rain for a day or two would be a great change of pace though.
