Gutsy forecast considering there's not much help here...I'm bringing a Category 2 into the Houston/Galveston area a little before 96 hours. Of course, this is pending upon an organized center upon re-emerging over water, and some pretty quick intensification. Also, track guidance hasn't come into existence yet...the general ideology is down, but no exact area of landfall can be confidentally pinned down yet. So everybody up there just keep an eye out...y'all hear? :wink
