Florida under the gun by weekend???????????????????News 13 said that a very very strong tropical wave headed for the islands might head to south florida according to a few models and i know this is way out and im going out on a branch(hehe) but it's just something for florida jujst to think about and for us weather watchers to talk about!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Way, way out there. Strong tropical wave near the islands may develope into a depression over the next few days. It'll have to be watched, but way too early to speculate on who it will effect.

Way too early,but if you ask me it looks as if this will miss S FL and go into the Gulf.But like I said,too early.

Me too... but I thought July would be relatively calm.

It's WAY WAY WAY too far out to focus on 97L. I won't be focusing on it until TD 3/Cindy is out of the way.

Theres that wave and the wave that is just comming off of Africa. I think one of them will be a Florida storm, I even made a bet with my girlfriend that we will have hurricane advisories in the next 14 days. Obviously it is still too early to make any calls but I feel strongly that we will see some action from either or both of those waves.

It'd be nice to refrain from the guessing posts in the future..just a suggestion..

I'd be right from time to time too if in September I said, "I think a hurricane will hit the US sometime in the next month".

They just don't add substance to the board. Atleast give some kind of reasoning. Not to pick on you but these posts are just wasted bandwidth..
