We are in early July right or it is mid august? Wow the pattern looks like August but we still are in early July when it is supposed to not be very active. But what I am talking about in this thread is the wave that just emerged Western Africa which looks fairly organized.Let's see as it moves westward thru the Atlantic it does get torned apart by the sal or that factor will be absent. One thing is for sure is that the Cape Verde season is going to have an early start because the sst's are very warm reaching as far as west Africa and the heat content will provide the necessary fuel to make the waves organize. However the dry air factor is an enigma during the season so we have to watch that to see how active the CV season will be.
