There is a complete section for official meteorologist and expert forecaster posts. If you go to the forum index, it is located in the first box. This is where those "official" forecasts and discussions take place.

In early July? In Jacksonville, Florida???

Dude, in all honesty, if I saw that forecast posted by WSFO JAX in July, I'd know either:

1) the forecaster on duty was high on drugs....very high :D

2) it was "3rd graders get to issue a forecast" day at JAX

3) the world was ending, so I'd immediately begin looking for pale horses, pale riders, mountains falling into the sea, and of course locusts...lots of locusts :D
