T-Wave Looking Better Organized

#1 Postby MWatkins » Mon Jul 04, 2005 12:50 am

Just a quick note...while all eyes should be on TD-3....the wave east of the islands looks a bit better organized. Thunderstorm activity out in front of the system is decreasing while t-storm support in and along the wave axis is on the upswing.

Overall the system appears to be consolidating deep convection...and if this trend continues we are in for a very busy week indeed.

I'd say there is a 6 in 10 chance (60%) of seeing an invest crop up for this system sometime in the next 24 hours.

Wow, who could believe this and it is only the beginning of July. At this rate we may see Hurricane Alpha before it is all over.

I have also been watching that wave East of the Islands as it does look interesting and I too believe the potential is there for further development!

Well its nearly 3 a.m. and 97L is still looking more impressive. There appears to be a circulation beginning. Not closed but it is taking shape. I say depression in 24 hours.
