There is some, but not nearly as much as overnight. I believe it's lessening also.


Just checked the upper-level wind analysis again, and there's definitely no significant shear issue, nor do I anticipate shear being a major factor as this moves NNW across the Gulf.

Unfortunately, I don't see anything to impede development here.

if shear is not an issue i think your right, i see nothing to impede further development, i cant wait to see what recon finds so we can have a better grasp of the situation
