TD#3 not likely to be Cindy before my bedtime

Just looking at satellite, it would appear that while shear is not seeming to be a big problem, there is still a serious lack od convection. It looks like a pretty nekkid system on inhanced infraded, which would lead me to believe this will still be TD# 3 at 11pm...

I'm pretty sure it'll be a TD at 11PM, and unless something changes
big time, it'll be a TD at 5AM as well.

I don't expect an upgrade til after recon gets in unless they had a buoy or ship report. Probably be 1am if not 4am before we see Cindy, and I'll be asleep at both times.

That depends when your bedtime is. Considering I havent had alot of shut-eye lately due to all the activity, my usual bedtime averages out to about 4am or so.
