Local Radars this morning... New Orleans flooding worries?

Look at all the moisture! This is 24 hours before expected landfall. Could we see some Allison type flooding down in New Orleans?

That's just an insane amount of moisture heading their way.

Real possible that there's gonna be some flooding. It's moving enough that it ain't gonna be that big a deal, but some people will get water in their homes in SE LA, S MS, SAL and maybe S FL. FWIW, Bastardi said he thinks the bottom limit is 996mb if the center tucks in and it pulses. I think 1000/999 (60-65mph) was the upper limit from last Thursday the way I saw it, but we'll see.
