This (http://camex.msfc.nasa.gov/tcsp/public_pod.jsp) suggests that the WP-3 "Kermit" is the one that launched for this. (Times on that page are local.... Six hours behind Zulu.)

Yes, that's the other P-3.
Guess they're looking to get environmental data to plug into the overnight models.
