When will we see Hurricane Watches posted for the La/MS/ AL coast?

I would suspect at the 4PM advisory, unless recon gets in there and finds
things draamtically different.

If they're going to do it, it's gonna be at 4 with an outside shot at an upgrade to HW at the 7 intermediate. Bastardi said he thought the bottom limit was about 996. We've got 1000/29.54 from recon and 29.47 from a bouy to the south. In my mind, it depends on the timing of when we hit the next maximum.
