not, I still think we will be side swiped by the eastern side regardless. Any thoughts on a florida side swipe?

minimal tropical storm force winds at the very most for pinellas county

The panhandle still looks like it is under the gun. Things are looking better for the rest of the state but we have to see what affect if any that trough will have on the storm. Dennis parrelling the west coast like David did to the east coast in '79 is one of many possible scenerios.

Pinellas will only get minimal TS winds? That is to say the least a very risky statement.

I think the extreme western panhandle will get TS winds, only because Dennis is a large storm.
