Movement .6 N and .8 W over last 3 hours

#1 Postby TreasureIslandFLGal » Wed Jul 06, 2005 3:46 pm

DWG wrote this in another post and it was pretty much ignored, but I find it very significant!

Its not heading W

After the recent recon fixes, this is true! This is actually getting closer to the predicted motion required to go north of Jamaica. It may even be headed more northerly than required.

I don't remember it being ignored. Many threads are already going over the "wobble or change" and over recon fixes, each with about 3242342 replys, I doubt its ignored....

There is definitely a more NW movement taking place currently, now whether it continues is the BIG question. The only way any of us will know is to wait and give it another 4 hours or so.

haha Loon. I'm sure it was read, but in the other post, that has gotten garbled up a bit, people were arguing about the "idiot" comments that occurred earlier or something like that, and in the apologies, his post jsut kinda got missed and not commented on, even though that really "solved" the whole ongoing argument about the motion of the storm... some were saying west others wnw or nw. Some said it was just a frame wobble. Well, this post is basic facts and I thought it deserved its due.
