The pressure would say they should find cat 3 winds shortly... or the winds are still playing catchup... but yeah.

edit... on second thought..betcha they do.. that 83knots is not from the northeast side

Dennis is Ivans Brother. It now has a closed eye with over 90 mph flight level over the southwest quad(Weakest quad). I think Dennis wents us to stop building on the coast.

Also 83 knots over the southeast.
