He made at least four mistakes tonight with either calling the storm Charley or with the current direction of movement that was in the 5 pm advisory.

I think this is definitely a good precautionary measure at the least. Remember the hurricane warnings up almost along the entire FL east coast with Floyd?

I sure do...People I think became really upset when Floyd Turned North away from us after all the hype to evacuate. That's when I think some South Floridians became very complacent.

I know I was also a 'bit' upset at the turn, stupid me. Floyd could have rode the whole east coast of Florida. Floyd was a huge storm, the devestation would have been enormous. This scenario will happen.
