Not hard to do at all, though it can be time consuming to catch up.
Simply d/l and install the program, go to the radar page with the images you want, right click and save each image. Then open the program, use the animation wizard, find and load the images you want to animate from the directory that you saved them in.
You can set the dwell rates for each images - I usually set the first images to 1, 2 or 3 hundredths of a second, and the last one to 1 full second.

I'd have to agree. I don't see how he could possibly stay at or above 115 with all that land yet to go. I think they have way overestimated his staying power over land, esp with that westerly jog he's just taken. He may ride parallel to the coast for a while and drop to a cat 1 if he doesn't watch out. BTW, this track is very bad for all the folks underneath this storm on land. It's got to be horrific.
