Hey folks your missing the point here. Check the radar loops again. In the last 1 millisecond of frame i see a due south movement!!!!

recent frame just came in...it's movement is even more NNW... thoughts welcome....

I think when you average the W wobbles and the N wobbles, you get a NW motion, and I think that is what the NHC is doing.

I've watched the image all day, it looks like....

wnwwnnnnwnwnwnwnwnwnnwnnwnwnwnwnwnwnwnwnwnnnwwwn

and I'll make this prediction.....

Over the next 6 hours or more, its gonna go like this.......

nwnwnnwwnnnwwwwnnnnwnwnwnwnwnwnwnwnwn.....

LOL....


Just trying to have some fun. All my family is in the p'cola, GS, Mob. and they are getting a little nervous.

I think when you average the W wobbles and the N wobbles, you get a NW motion, and I think that is what the NHC is doing.


It looks to be a fairly consistent NNW movement over the past several hours. No wobbles.

Using NWS Key West Long Range Radar, I do see W wobbles and I also see N wobbles.

I agree with the NNW movement as a trend and not a wobble, but if you turn on the forecast track overlay, this has only (so far...) corrected the hurricane to the forecast track...

At least thats what it looks like to me :-)

At 25N 84W, the storm is only 6 nm W of the 5 a.m. NHC track. Very impressive.

It appears a little more northerly to me versus what it was last night, overnight and (early) this morning.

It just recently moved off the Key West radar scope. If it were moving how it was the last several hours... it would have "exited it" sooner than it did.

LOL..

I was watching the satellite over Cuba last night and in the last 3 frames it went north north south.. I was like "What?!".. Then I looked and the animation had gone from frame 22 to 23 and then back to 22.. Had me questioning my eyes..

First of all I hope NO ONE would rely on what is posted on this board and instead listen to what the NHC has to say. They are the experts and have the tools. I was just adding a little humor to the board in reference to the "obsession" with every slight wobble this storm makes. It is still moving NW as the NHC stated in their last advisory. I'm sorry if I offended anyone.
