I should know how to do this for as long as I have been on here, I almost feel stupid asking. How do you submit a reply to a post that includes quotes from someone else? Every time I do it, my own text gets stuck in the quote box.
Please forgive my ignorance.
Thanks,
Ed

I think if your text is getting inserted into the quote box then you are at least hitting the quote button. Once you've done that and the reply window is open with quote in it you must tack your message on AFTER the end of that. Move your cursor to the space just after the "/quote" or whatever the end is, click there, then hit enter a couple of times to put some space between the quote and your message.

In other words start your post here or hit enter after you put the cursor after the bracket and make it move down a line before you start typing.Tertius wrote:I think if your text is getting inserted into the quote box then you are at least hitting the quote button.
