How many days ahead is Emily?

Does anybody have the information on how many days before the average E strom that Emily formed?

Get ready...average formation of the E storm is about September 16! I can't count how many days that is.

Someone here posted that information a few days ago, BTW. I can't remember who but they get the credit for knowing!
