I think 99L will develop

I think 99L will develop ,but when and where is the question. If it does develop it will move poleward,if not remain on a W to WNW track.

Durning the next 12 to 24 hours it will be moving over increasing ocean temperatures....I expect that is why theres a flare up starting to form...I think this will likely get into a area around 20 to 25 north 50 to 55 west. In which is much warmer seasurface temperatures. Upper level shear seems to be favable. In slow development needs to be watched for.

why did Dr. Steve on the weather channel say yesterday that 99l was moving out to sea when it is now moving west and strengthening? I really think we have the beginnings of TD6.

The back-up NRL Monterey site still has it up. That should be the place to trust, as they always have invests up first.
