Example:
Hurricane Ivan made landfall on Grenada as a strengthening Category 3 with sustained winds of 120 mph.
Hurricane Ivan made landfall on Alabama as a weakening Category 3 with sustained winds of 120 mph.
I think wind damage was worse in Grenada.
