Just an fyi on the position in the minobs... unlike all of the other observations, they are done in a degree minute format vice decimal degrees
For example
1315N 06533
is 13.3N 65.5W in the decimal format that everything else uses...
My father was a navigator on P-3s (The Navy subhunting version that NOAA's WP-3 is derived from) ... it used to bug the snot out of him when I would give the positions the way the NHC does in their advisories... he insisted on me converting it to degrees and minutes...
For example
1315N 06533

That would be about 129mph at the surface.
