Got my power back last night, thank God.Yesterday it was like 92 degrees outside.Didn't get that much damage, although a large oak tree in my backyard fell,it shook the entire neighborhood when it went down.

The damage in Pensacola was bad but nothing like Ivan, and it could have been a lot worse considering we almost had a strong cat 4 cut through town. The damage in Santa Rosa county was really bad, worse than what they got with Ivan.My parents live in Milton and they lost their roof but fortunately they were not home during the storm.

Glad to be back, and very glad to see Emily is not coming here.

Sorry to hear your folks lost their roof, but glad they weren't there! And glad that mighty oak didn't hit your house. Firewood! Lots to be thankful for.

Glad you are okay. I have been watching the local news and they keep showing the areas in Florida. My heart and prayers go out to all of you! My sister lives in Pace/Milton and unbelievable the only damage they had was their fence went down. And she got her power back on within 24 hours.
