Yes, an annular hurricane is a very intense hurricane that has no outer banding, only an intense, circular CDO and large eye.

No these kind of storms only happen with upper cat3s or higher. In they loss all there banding futures. I think if this where to go through a EWRC the eye would likely be larger. We will see...No way is that weaking more like getting stronger.

Matt when I looked at here last night late that is exactly what I thought, but then I said nah no way she could go annular. But who knows I sure don't even know the possiblitlies of this.

This long eyewall replacement cycle reminds me of my last girlfriend clothes shopping.
Seems to take forever, nothing fits!
I told her to lay off the dough nuts but would she listen?
She still thought she was a size 8.
