This thing has 148 knots flight level winds=170 mph flight level. You take it down 15 mph to flight level to surface=155 mph...Why do they get 145 mph from??? In plus 130 over the southeastern quad. In that surface report it shows 153 mph.


I say 155 mph next Advisorie...
