What's Happening??

Hard to say what is happening to Emily right now!! She may well be feeling the affects of the ULL. This may be tugging her a little more northerly and it also seems like she it much weaker. Now, she looks more like a lower-end Cat. 3 than a 4. We will have to see what recon finds.

She is very much weaker....someone needs to study why hurricanes weaken dramatically when expected to strengthen.
