By the way, Kyle formed in 2002, 2003 saw hurricane Kate.

I remember Kyle. It kept moving WSW and I think it actually made it to the Florida east coast as a weak depression then moved northward along the coast if my memory serves me correctly.

Might have been second behind Ginger of 71 for longevity in the Atlantic Basin.

Kyle was actually third. First was Ginger, 2nd was Inga from 1969, third was Kyle. This is one of the most tenacious invests I have seen.

I think 99 heard you say that and took it personally :lol:

It looks like, even though it is not forecast to develop, that it has flared up some over the Leeward Islands, Puerto Rico, and Hispanola.
