I don't know how in the world they did it, it's still at 85% containment, with winds gusting over 60 at times, I'm surprized it hasn't spread! One GOOD thing, it's in the cedars and junipers, no chance of a *crown fire* like the Rodeo fire THANK GOD!

Our neighbor just got home, he's a Black Mesa Hot Shot, he was released from the fire tonight, it's now 100% contained, not OUT, just under full containment AND the best news I've heard in WEEKS, NO MORE GALE FORCE WINDS...WaaaaaHOOOOOOO! I won't know how to act without the wind "LOL!"

Mop up of the fire will continue for a few days, didn't know this, Ricky said that this was the 4th fire in as many days!!!
