Oh no. The NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER just used the term "wobble."

This should cause an uproar.

Its ok to do it when its actually wobbling and the wobbles are significant. :)

The inner eye is wobbling around the perimeter of the outer eye. Its definitely ok to use it right now!
