Who knows...But if it forms out of that area of energy/convection northeast of Hati. I will say tropical storm...(At most) If not who knows!!!

I tihnk he's saying whenever it does develop how strong will it be. He's not trying to say that the mass near PR is going to develop into Frankie.

I can say with 100% certainity that Franklin will be stronger than a TD because TD's aren't even named

Can we change the title to the invest number or something? I was utterly confused when originally seeing this title and sure Non-reg to the board may get confused...

It doesn't even have an invest number yet and being named Franklin already :lol: that truly funny!! Sorry to the starter of the thread.. just amused a bit. (as you can tell I haven't even looked at this, "mess o' clouds" as I call em, yet.)

You forgot one -- tropical wave. That's my vote. Main reason is because I've been working 12 hour days since June 27th and want a comp day Friday.
